Seriously find out for yourself. Don't be lazy. Be creative and don't ask people all the time! And by the way, don't start copying my pictures and don't save them and put them on your website and say you made them or that you took it from Chasey100's website! I can close your website if you do that. I can.
the window is like, the web page of CP and the web page of my blog, they are 2 different windows.
hmmm... page manager... never heard of it lol ;) but i think you mean picture manager...
picture manager is like where you can place your pics, edit then save. the most common example is MicroSoft Paint or MSPaint (they're just the same) although you might need a better program for editing pics instead of paint... but paint is ok for the basics ;) it's easy to use ;)

P.S. and NO you are NOT STUPID. That's why we learn ;) i had to learn that too when i had to learn how to take pics... although it was a one-on-one demo so it wasn't really hard so... ;) *SMILE*
